Girl, 9, reports 2 adults tried to drag her into van in Waianae
Honolulu police are investigating a report by a 9-year-old girl that two adults tried to drag her into a van in Waianae.
The incident occurred after school at about 5 p.m. Thursday, said police spokeswoman Sara Yoro.
Police said the girl reported the incident to her parents and police were called but were unable to locate the suspects.
Yoro said the girl did not know the suspects.

What the heck is wrong with people! So glad the young girl got away !
this paper really leave out a lot of facts. They were driving a white astro van . there were two males in the front seats the driver was white the passenger was local look to be asian and they had a girl in the back seat
Parents, a nine year old girl shouldn’t be alone without any family members at 5pm or at anytime especially in public areas ! ie; streets, mall, etc.
5pm? 9 years old? Lame parents, period.
