Hawaii volleyball beats Grand View

Hawaii opposite Rado Parapunov (16) rose for a kill against the Grand View Vikings during the third set of Sunday’s match.

Rado Parupunov had 11 kills and Stijn van Tilbrug and Tui Tuileta added 10 each to help the Hawaii men’s volleyball team beat Grand View 25-16, 25-13, 19-25, 25-23 at the Stan Sheriff Center today.

Hendrik Mol had five kills, four blocks and a career high four aces for fifth-ranked Hawaii (8-2), which swept Grand View on Friday.

John Chamone and Pedro Cardoso had 12 kills each for the Vikings (3-2), the No. 1 team in the NAIA. Grand View middle Savili Bartley, a Kamehameha alum, finished with five blocks.
