So, blame the victim for the crime (“No-shows add to license renewal holdups,” Star-Advertiser, Sept. 10)?
Some of those online appointments are for three months out. Expecting people to be available that far in advance is unrealistic.
Perhaps city Customer Services Director Sheri Kajiwara needs to be reminded that Hawaii drivers have already paid city, county and state taxes, plus registration and insurance fees, for the privilege of driving a car in Hawaii.
Online license renewal not working for the DMV? Please consider the customers. What about us?
