Carbon Lighthouse, Shidler Group team up
Honolulu-based Carbon Lighthouse, a clean energy services company, said Wednesday it is partnering with the Shidler Group on a two-month pilot project focused on identifying energy-efficiency initiatives at Waterfront Plaza. The project is expected to increase the value of the Honolulu property, improve tenant comfort and reduce carbon emissions.
Waterfront Plaza is a mixed-use property on Ala Moana Boulevard that covers nearly 535,000 square feet and is composed of seven, five-story office buildings and Restaurant Row, which includes restaurants, small specialty eateries, retail shops, financial institutions and health care tenants. The analysis is expected to begin in the fall.
