Downed utility pole closes northbound lanes of Kalaeloa Boulevard
Police have closed off northbound lanes on Kalaeloa Boulevard at the intersection of Kapolei Parkway due to a downed utility pole near Home Depot.
The city is advising motorists to expect delays and to use alternate routes.
