Question: Do you have the places on Oahu where people can get free help doing their taxes? Will you be publishing it in the paper? I need the details because I can’t “go to” someplace on the computer to check.
Answer: Yes. Here are the Oahu locations, dates and times for the AARP Foundation’s Tax-Aide program, as provided by AARP Hawaii. Starting in February, the program’s trained volunteers will help low- to moderate-income taxpayers prepare and file basic federal and state income tax returns. There is no fee and AARP membership is not required.
