Live streaming of the Dec. 7 ceremony at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center will be on the ceremonial lawn, in the theaters, and at the USS Bowfin, organizers said. Additional seating for up to 2,700 guests will be made available.
Additional parking is available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center. For parking lots farthest away from the center, including Aloha Stadium and Richardson Field, a shuttle service will be available.
Big crowds are expected at the visitor center and the Pearl Harbor area in general. The 75th Pearl Harbor Commemoration expects more than 10,000 mainland and neighbor island visitors, plus Oahu residents, according to organizers.
