Hawaii’s Annie Mitchem stretched for the ball during the first set tonight against UC Santa Barbara.

Senior opposite Nikki Taylor put down 22 kills and No. 14 Hawaii concluded the regular season with its 10th straight victory, turning back UC Santa Barbara tonight in a Big West volleyball match at the Stan Sheriff Center, 21-25, 25-14, 25-18, 25-10.

Junior middle Emily Maglio and sophomore hitter McKenna Granato each had 11 kills and senior hitter Annie Mitchem added 10 for the Rainbow Wahine (22-5, 15-1). Freshman setter Norene Iosia had her fourth consecutive double-double with 40 assists and 15 digs.

Freshman hitter Lindsey Ruddins had 21 kills to lead the Gauchos (17-11, 8-7). Sophomore libero Emilia Petrachi finished with a match-high 25 digs.
