Senior opposite Nikki Taylor and sophomore hitter McKenna Granato each had nine kills as No. 17 Hawaii swept UC Davis 25-16, 25-11, 25-15 in a Big West volleyball match tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.
The Rainbow Wahine (14-5, 7-1) outblocked the Aggies (9-10, 2-4) 12-2 with Taylor in on eight. Freshman setter Norene Iosia finished with a double-double with 26 assists and a match-high 13 digs.
It was Hawaii’s 15th consecutive home conference victory dating back to 2014.
Lauren Matias had eight kills for UC Davis, which hit negative .040 in the 89-minute contest.
