Pahoa man charged in alleged sexual assault of girl
A 30-year-old man Pahoa has been charged with 13 felony and misdemeanor offenses for allegedly sexually assaulting a female minor after he offered her and a companion a ride to school Monday in Hilo.
Patrick Noah Torres is charged with seven counts of Class C felony sexual assault, two counts of Class A felony sexual assault, two counts of misdemeanor custodial interference, and two counts of petty misdemeanor prohibitions involving minors (liquor), according to Hawaii island police.
He is free after posting bail of $35,500.
Police said the girl and a boy were walking to school in the heavy rain and took shelter near a store in the Puna District.
Torres offered them a ride to school in his black truck. Instead of driving them to school, he drove them to several locations in the Puna and South Hilo Districts, where he sexually assaulted the girl, police said.
Torres is scheduled to appear in South Hilo District Court on Nov. 1.

What kind of lame bail amount is that for all those counts?
scary area
no need set bail. throw the baaaastard off the cliff.
Perhaps the girls father can reach out to the perp to discuss ways to improve his current situation.
Maybe her father can “reach out and touch someone.” With a bat.
He should not be walking around. Looking out from behind bars is where he should be.
with Bubba?
What is wrong with this guy. He can’t find one GF or what. Lock him up with a bottle of vaseline and let the prisoners go for broke.
No forget the soap and klneex.
