Rita Salavea and Ipu So'o showed off the Samoan plate lunch they were selling at the Wings of Love Samoan Assembly of God tent. For $10 an individual portion included lamb stew, baked banana or fa'i, turkey tail, brisket, BBQ chicken, bread fruit or ulu, and long rice with corned beef and vegetable also known as sapasui.
